We're looking for a highly motivated person to work across TWO companies.

1) Resource Marketplace -
a second-life online marketplace for industrial stock and byproducts.

2) Guardian Water - a water treatment engineering company

You will have two casual contracts, with a mix of salary and vested equity (

company ownership

), and wherever there is work to be done you will be paid by that company based on your timesheet.

This is a chance to get in ground-level at two great companies. You will have a wide range of tasks that you wouldn't get at larger companies. Experience exciting growth and a rapid learning curve.

Company Description

Role Description - Resource Marketplace
(
Sales & Operations Executive
)

Sales - lead generation

Marketing -
Guerilla marketing, content creation, manage social media

Operations - Facilitate client purchases, quote and action freight/logistics

Role Description - Guardian Water
(process & site engineer)

Tenders - lead generation, estimation, documentation.

Design -
P&ID's, calculations, 3D model coordination,

Site works - Supervision (manage plumbers & electricians), Commisioning, and minor O&M.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in chemical / process / mechanical engineering or similar
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Experience

We're are open all experience levels for these rolls and will tailer job description and remuneration accordingly.

Location

  • Sydney-based (90% of work can be done remotely)
  • Open to consider hiring anywhere within NSW
