About the Role

The HR Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting our HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same—you'll be the first point of contact for HR enquiries, ensuring smooth processes and an exceptional employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Prepare contracts, compliance documents, and maintain HR records.
  • Support managers with HR queries, Award interpretation, and Fair Work compliance.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data.
  • Maintain HR systems and ensure up-to-date employee files.
  • Coordinate training, inductions, and compliance requirements (police checks, licences, etc.).
  • Provide general HR administrative and project support.

About You

  • Previous experience in HR coordination, administration, or a related HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of Fair Work Act and Awards (experience in Security Services Industry Award advantageous).
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
