About the Role:
We're currently seeking a bright, polished, and ambitious HR Coordinator to join the People & Culture team. Reporting directly to the HR Director, this is a fantastic opportunity for an emerging HR professional who is looking to take the next step in their career and grow into an HR Advisor role over time.
This is a true generalist position that will give you exposure to all aspects of HR, from recruitment coordination and onboarding to compliance, systems administration, and culture initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the HR inbox and respond or escalate enquiries as needed
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new starters
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure systems (including Employment Hero) are up to date and compliant
- Support the delivery of people and culture initiatives and events
- Assist with recruitment processes, reporting, and general HR administration
About You:
- A recent graduate or early-career HR professional with 1–2 years of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
- Confident using HRIS platforms (Employment Hero experience a plus)
- Eager to learn, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative team environment
