As a company, we're "ALL IN on AI" so we're looking for a talented Senior Resourcing Specialist to support our Engineering teams by optimising resource allocation during this pivotal AI revolution. By embracing cutting-edge technology and AI-powered solutions, you'll help reshape how we match the right engineers to the right projects whilst advancing their careers. Join us at the exciting intersection of business strategy and talent development in this unprecedented era of AI-powered competitive advantage.

How will you make an impact?

  • Drive AI-powered resourcing: Partner with Engineering Managers to optimise resource allocation across consulting, product development, and BAU operations, using AI-powered tools and predictive analytics to enhance decision-making
  • Enable data-informed decisions: Maintain comprehensive utilisation reporting and allocation tracking, leveraging AI analytics to identify patterns, forecast capacity needs, and provide insights that inform strategic planning
  • Implement AI-enhanced processes: Support the design and implementation of innovative resourcing processes, including AI-powered automation solutions that transform how we match engineers to projects
  • Build meaningful connections: Develop strong relationships with Engineering teams and business stakeholders globally, understanding both technical capabilities and career aspirations
  • Coordinate strategic assignments: Manage engineering assignments including Graduate programme rotations, ensuring optimal talent development
  • Support continuous improvement: Contribute to resource prioritisation meetings and champion process improvements that leverage our AI-first approach

The Superpowers You'll Be Bringing To The Team

  • Resource management expertise: Experience in resource management, workforce planning, or people operations, with the ability to balance competing business priorities whilst maintaining focus on engineering excellence
  • Technology and analytics proficiency: Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools, plus genuine enthusiasm for leveraging AI-powered solutions to enhance resourcing decisions - this tech/AI appetite is essential to thrive in this role
  • Technical team understanding: Knowledge of engineering teams, technical capabilities, and career progression paths within technology organisations
  • Stakeholder engagement: Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively across Engineering teams and business stakeholders globally
  • Systems and coordination experience: Familiarity with project management tools and multi-timezone coordination, with demonstrated interest in implementing AI-enhanced processes
  • Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred

Remember – you might not tick all the boxes, but don't let that stop you from applying. We're more interested in how you work, your ability to solve problems and think big.

What could your Quantium Experience look like?
Working at Quantium will allow you to challenge your imagination. You will get to solve complex problems using rigor, precision and by asking great questions – but it also means you can think big, outside the box and push your problem-solving skills to the max.

By Joining The Quantium Team, You'll Get To

  • Forge your path: So many of our team have moved around different teams or offices. You'll be in the driver's seat, and we empower you to make your career your own.
  • Find your kind: Embrace diversity and connect with your tribe (think foodies, dog lovers, readers, or runners).
  • Make an impact: Leave your mark. Your contributions resonate, regardless of your role or rank.

But wait, there's more

Benefits
On top of the Quantium Experience, you will enjoy a range of great benefits that go beyond the ordinary. Some of these include:

  • Flexible work arrangements: Achieve work life balance at your own pace with hybrid and flexible work arrangements.
