About the Roles

ACESGroup is expanding and seeking experienced, customer-focused, organised, and proactive professionals to join our dynamic team at our Redfern Services Support Centre. We are recruiting for two key positions:

  • Rostering Coordinator – responsible for managing schedules, coordinating employee coverage, and ensuring rosters are compliant and efficient, while liaising with clients to ensure their operational needs are met.
  • Services Support Lead – responsible for leading administrative and logistical support, managing resource allocation, and ensuring optimal service delivery within a client-focused environment.

Reporting to the Service Manager - Scheduling, these roles are integral to the 24/7 operations of our national Services Support Centre. You will work as part of a collaborative team to support employees, clients, and operational teams, ensuring smooth, compliant, and effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Rostering Coordinator

  • Develop, maintain, and adjust rosters to meet operational and contractual requirements.
  • Liaise with employees and clients to confirm availability, shift allocations, and roster changes.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace agreements, EA, and internal processes.
  • Manage ad hoc shift coverage and last-minute replacements.
  • Coordinate training sessions and site-specific inductions as required.
  • Monitor workforce capacity, report potential gaps, and proactively address client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate clearly with employees, stakeholders, and clients.

Services Support Lead

  • Lead and coordinate administrative and operational support within the Services Support Centre.
  • Manage resource scheduling/rostering for employees to fulfil client requirements accurately and on time.
  • Provide proactive customer service to clients and employees, responding to enquiries and service requests.
  • Collaborate with internal Service Managers and employees to optimise workforce allocation.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues using judgement, systems, and analytics.
  • Administer systems, records, and reporting related to service operations.
  • Act as primary point of contact for client liaison during your shift, ensuring operational needs are understood and delivered.
  • Lead, support, and coordinate team members to achieve objectives and maintain service excellence.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in rostering, scheduling, workforce coordination, or service support.
  • Leadership or team management experience (preferred for Services Support Lead).
  • Security industry background (desirable).
  • Strong organisational, planning, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience liaising with clients.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sound understanding of scheduling best practices, agreements, and compliance (desirable).
  • IT savvy – confident in data processing across multiple systems; intermediate Excel skills.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, hands-on, and innovative mindset.
  • Security Licence (desirable but not essential).
