ROSTER COORDINATOR - Join Our Team in the Central West

The Opportunity:
- Competitive Salary: Paid at Level 3 of the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010.
- Location: Dubbo or Orange
- The Core Role: As our Roster Coordinator, you will be crucial to maintaining operational excellence by creating, distributing, and managing accurate staff rosters.
- Hybrid working conditions.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Developing, distributing, and maintaining accurate and efficient staff rosters.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for all staff rostering inquiries, providing prompt resolution or directing them to the appropriate department.
- Ensuring all rostering decisions strictly comply with company policies, awards, and relevant legislation.
What You'll Bring:
- Highly Desirable: Proven experience in staff coordination, scheduling, or roster management.
- Excellent ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated skill in managing multiple competing tasks and contributing successfully to a collaborative team environment.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach coupled with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, contributing positively to our team culture.
