ACESGroup is looking for an experienced Rostering Coordinator to join our diverse and supportive Rostering Team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain and update the rostering platform and related systems.
- Coordinate and schedule staff rosters in line with contractual needs.
- Liaise and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide general administrative support to the rostering team.

**What We’re Looking For**
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a confident and professional approach.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and contribute as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- A Security Licence is desirable but not mandatory.
