We are currently seeking an experienced Rostering Coordinator to join our passionate team based in Campbelltown. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience managing complex rosters in the disability, aged care, or community services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage staff rosters to ensure all participant shifts are filled efficiently and compliantly.
  • Maintain accurate records in our rostering system (Brevity or similar).
  • Communicate roster changes promptly to staff and participants.
  • Liaise with management to ensure adequate staffing coverage and support.
  • Manage staff availability, shift swaps, and leave requests.
  • Problem-solve last-minute changes and maintain calm under pressure.
  • Provide excellent customer service and uphold company values in all communications.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $33.00 – $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week

Experience:

  • rostering: 1 year (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driver Licence (Preferred)
  • First Aid Certification (Preferred)
  • Working with Children Check (Preferred)
  • Police Check (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

  • Australia (Required)
