ACESGroup is seeking an experienced **Rostering Coordinator** to support our aviation operations from our central Services Support Centre in Redfern. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring staffing coverage for critical aviation security and operational sites. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role that requires a calm, confident approach to problem-solving and collaboration.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage daily and long-term rosters for aviation sites in line with contractual and operational requirements
- Coordinate workforce availability to ensure service delivery meets compliance and client expectations
- Liaise with internal departments, site supervisors, and external stakeholders to fill shifts effectively
- Maintain accurate data in rostering systems and support administrative processes within the team.

Essential Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Aviation Security rostering, scheduling, or operations support role (aviation or security industry preferred)
- NSW 1A Security Licence, preferably with Aviation Security experience (not essential but highly regarded)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service mindset
- Ability to prioritise under pressure and adapt quickly to change
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
- Intermediate Excel skills and confidence using scheduling platforms.
