The Role

There are 2 part-time positions available (approx. 25 hours per week):

  • Morning shift: 8am – 1pm, Mon–Fri
  • Afternoon shift: 12pm – 5pm, Mon–Fri

As an experienced Client Services Administrator who has succeeded in a very busy environment, you will bring many of the attributes required to thrive here:

With comprehensive training, your responsibilities will evolve to include:

  • Greeting and assisting walk-in & phone-in customers
  • Asking the right questions to understand customer needs
  • Providing quality print advice & products
  • Entering electronic and manual data with accuracy
  • Creating new customer profiles in our industry-specific CRM
  • Processing, tracking and monitoring print jobs through to completion
  • Liaising & ordering with trusted suppliers
  • Updating job progress data & advising customers
  • Assisting in the creation of accurate & competitive quotes
  • General office duties (tidying, ordering stationery, etc.)
  • Helping with manual (and sometimes repetitive) print finishing tasks, e.g. envelope stuffing, collating, bundling, magnet application, guillotining, binding, and more

  • Permanent Part Time Basis with an initial option of either a morning or afternoon shift
