Trainer & Assessor Positions – Building Construction & Trade Programs

The delivery of quality VET training products and excellent students support service, leading to creation of positive word-of-mouth enabling ABSC to satisfy and expand its customer base, allowing the business to maintain profitability and meet business and Australian Vocational Education & Training (VET) industry compliance requirements.

We are seeking a pool of Trainers to deliver in Construction & Trade Programs Training in Sydney.

CPC Certificate III in Solid Plastering.

MSF Certificate III in Glass and Glazing.

UEE Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician.

MSF30322 – Certificate III in Cabinet Making and Timber Technology.

CPC Certificate III in Joinery.

CPC Certificate III in Roof Plumbing.

CPC Certificate III in Wall and Ceiling Lining.

CPC Diploma of Building and Construction (Building)

ABSC Trainers and Assessors must meet the following criteria.

1. TAE40122 or TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or a higher-level adult education qualification.

2. Hold the CURRENT qualification/s they are delivering and be able to map their experience to the qualification(s) they are delivering.

3. Have recent experience, or have maintained industry currency in the relevant sector (e.g. Building and Construction & Trade sector).

4. Have participated in activities or professional development ensuring a solid understanding of current VET practices and requirements.

The above criteria are essential and ABSC is unable to employ Trainers who do not meet the above requirements. Only applicants that meet the essential criteria and progress to the interview stage will be contacted.

Job Types: Casual, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $65.00 – $100.00 per hour
