The Opportunity

As Opulence College continues to grow, we are seeking passionate and qualified Trainers & Assessors to join our team on a part-time contract basis. You will contribute to delivering high-quality training and assessment in a supportive and collaborative environment while helping students achieve both their academic and career aspirations.

Role Overview

We are looking for skilled Trainers & Assessors to deliver and assess the following qualifications:

  • BSB50120 Diploma of Business
  • BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management
  • BSB60120 Advanced Diploma of Business
  • BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning)

In this role, you will play a key part in guiding and developing the next generation of business professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and deliver engaging and industry-relevant training sessions.
  • Assess student competency using a variety of methods, in line with national standards.
  • Provide constructive feedback and academic support to students.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of course delivery and materials.
  • Maintain accurate student records, including assessments, attendance, and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with RTO and CRICOS standards.
  • Stay up to date with business and management trends and integrate them into delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or TAE40116 or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated vocational experience in the business/management sector.
  • Proven experience as a Trainer & Assessor in VET (preferably in business qualifications).
  • Strong knowledge of VET compliance and assessment requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage and support students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
