**About the Role**

We are seeking **1x experienced Trainers and Assessors** for the **UEE30820 Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician** course. The role is based at our Burwood, NSW campus and involves face-to-face teaching, assessment, and potential involvement in setting up the Electrotechnology practical lab.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver classroom-based and practical (lab/workshop) training
- Facilitate engaging and structured sessions
- Use Moodle and digital tools for training and assessments
- Mark assessments and provide feedback to students
- Maintain accurate training and assessment records
- Support students through their learning journey
- Participate in resource validation and continuous improvement
- Maintain vocational and trainer currency as per ASQA guidelines

**Electrotechnology Lab Setup (Additional Role)**

We are looking for a Trainer who can assist in:

- **Setting up the Electrotechnology training lab/workshop**:

- Identifying and sourcing tools, materials, and electrical training equipment
- Ensuring the lab meets regulatory and safety standards
- Supporting practical implementation of course content

**Essential Criteria**
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or TAE40116)
- Current and relevant industry experience
- UEE30820 Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician or equivalent
- Up-to-date professional development records
- Knowledge of Standards for RTOs and ESOS Act
- Working With Children Check

**Desirable Criteria**
- Experience delivering to international students
- Familiarity with Moodle or other LMS
- Experience with lab/workshop setup and management
- Strong communication and student support skills
- Experience in validation, moderation, and audit preparation
