Australian College of Business and Training Pty Ltd (RTO AUSCBT) is a leading Registered Training Organisation (RTO) specialising in delivering high-quality educational services. With an enthusiastic team, and a commitment to career progression, we are seeking a dedicated Trainer and Assessor to join us.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Trainer and Assessor who is well-versed in the FNS40222 – Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping and FNS50222 – Diploma of Accounting qualifications. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating training programs according to ASQA (Australian Skills Quality Authority) standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training and assessment services for FNS40222 & FNS50222 and other similar qualifications/skillsets.
  • Develop and update training materials to align with current industry standards.
  • Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to learners.
  • Maintain accurate student records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Engage with industry partners to ensure course content remains current.
  • Provide academic support to students through various platforms, including one-on-one consultations and group discussions.

Qualifications:

  • TAE40116 – Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent (REQUIRED).
  • Extensive experience in accounting and/or bookkeeping.
  • Previous experience in delivering FNS40222 & FNS50222 or similar qualifications.
  • Strong understanding of ASQA compliance and AQF (Australian Qualifications Framework).
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.
