As we continue to expand our presence, we are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultants to join us for our peak sales season.
This is a contract role from mid-August to December in our Altona North Office location.
Job Description
As Sales Consultant you will play a key role in driving our commercial success over our seasonal sales period. Your primary focus will be on generating leads and converting sales through inbound and outbound sales campaigns and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound lead generation, prospecting potential customers through targeted sales campaigns both through phone and email
- Inbound lead management, ensuring timely responses, customer satisfaction and conversion through phone and email
- CRM Management, keeping up to date notes and records of your customer data base
- Managing assigned customer accounts ensuring seamless service delivery end-to-end
- Work closely with Trade Marketing to provide bespoke client products and presentations
- In collaboration with the Customer Service team ensure client issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Promote new products and offers to your customer base to maximise client satisfaction and conversion
Skills + Experience:
- Minimum 1 years sales experience
- CRM experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
