About the Role
We're seeking a
Project/Account Manager
who thrives on juggling multiple digital initiatives, from communications, branding and strategy to web and UI/UX development,
while maintaining clear, consistent client communications.
You'll ensure projects run smoothly, stay on time and budget, and meet our exacting quality standards.
This role goes beyond project delivery; you'll also
own client relationships, act as their trusted advisor, identify challenges early, and proactively find solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients, executives, marketers and developers to uncover project requirements and objectives
- Translate client vision into detailed project blueprints: scope, resources, timeline and communication plan
- Communicate requirements to Mo Works' design, development and marketing teams, ensuring alignment on deliverables, budget and deadlines
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, balancing project delivery with account management responsibilities
- Actively manage ongoing retainers (marketing management, creative support, communications), ensuring consistent value and results for clients
- Oversee each project phase: track milestones, deliverables, risks and change requests
- Report regularly on project status, budgets and account health to both internal leadership and clients
- Facilitate feedback loops with clients and incorporate suggestions to continuously improve project outcomes
- Coordinate and support both local and remote teams, fostering collaboration and inspiration
- Drive improvements in internal processes, tools and workflows for greater efficiency
Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years' agency experience in project management or account management, preferably on brand, marketing or digital-product briefs
- Exceptional problem solver with the ability to spot risks and challenges early, and resourceful in finding creative solutions
- Quick learner who can adapt to new industries, tools, and challenges with confidence
- Proven track record managing marketing, branding or web development projects from kick-off through to delivery
- Proficient with task management and workflow tools (e.g. ClickUp)
- Customer-centric design thinker with strong UX understanding
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, written and verbal
- Self-starter with commercial awareness and a clear sense of how your work drives business outcomes
- Able to pivot seamlessly between multiple projects and priorities
- Experience working with distributed teams across time zones
