In this role, you'll learn how to connect with clients, understand property sales, and build a rewarding, long-term career in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities 主要职责

  • Engage with clients through phone calls, meetings, and virtual appointments 通过电话、面谈和线上会议与客户沟通
  • Conduct property inspections and provide accurate, helpful information 带看房源并提供准确、实用的房产信息
  • Guide clients through the entire sales process, from enquiry to closing 引导客户完成从咨询到交易的整个销售流程
  • Offer tailored property investment advice using iCare's tools and expertise 运用 iCare 的资源与专业知识,为客户提供定制化投资建议
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships through exceptional service 通过优质服务建立并维持长期客户关系

About You 我们希望你具备

  • Positive and proactive mindset 积极主动的心态
  • No prior experience needed — full training is provided 无需相关经验 — 我们提供全面培训
  • English communication ability at a conversational or working level 英语能基本沟通即可,无需流利
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn 良好的人际沟通能力,乐于学习
  • Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or Agent's Representative Certificate (a bonus, not a must) 拥有房产四级证书或代理代表证书者更佳,但不是必须
