About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated Inbound Sales Consultant to join our team.
In this role, you'll handle inbound leads from property owners who are interested in our services. You'll explain how AirKeeper works, answer their questions, and close new management agreements over the phone or via Google Meet. You'll work closely with our Business Development team to ensure a seamless handover from enquiry to onboarding.
This role can be performed remotely and is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, excellent closing ability, and a passion for helping property owners make the most of their investment.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, and website leads.
- Book and run discovery calls with potential clients via Google Meet.
- Clearly explain AirKeeper's services, value proposition, and pricing.
- Prepare property appraisals and following up to close deals.
- Work with the operations and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for new property sign-ups.
- Maintain accurate lead records in our CRM and report on activity and conversions.
You are a confident communicator who loves talking to people and closing deals. You're proactive, organised, and able to work independently while staying connected to the team.
You'll bring:
- Proven experience in phone-based sales, inbound sales, or customer service.
- Ability to confidently run discovery calls via Zoom/Google Meet.
- Strong closing skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in real estate, property management, or hospitality (preferred but not essential).
- Competitive base salary + commission on closed deals.
