Medical Receptionist – Arthritis & Rheumatology Centre

Locations: Wantirna | Endeavour Hills | Bulleen

Positions: Part-Time & Full-Time Available

The Arthritis & Rheumatology Centre is seeking enthusiastic Medical Receptionists to join our supportive team across our three clinics. No prior experience is required – we'll provide full training.

About the Role

As a Medical Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and checking in patients
  • Managing phone calls, emails, and appointment bookings
  • Processing payments and Medicare claims
  • Assisting with patient forms and records
  • Supporting the clinical team with day-to-day administration
