About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at ULTIMO INTERIORS as an Account and Relationship Manager based in Perth, WA. In this full-time, permanent role, you will be responsible for managing and cultivating strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service and driving business growth.
What you'll be doing
- Proactively managing and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of high-value commercial clients
- Develop and nurture relationships with new clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term engagement with Ultimo
- Sales growth - Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective account management, product education and strategic upselling
- Arrange out of showroom appointments with interior designers architects and developers , but also invite new designers and architects to the showroom to view products or discuss projects
- Customer Experience : Act as a trusted advisor to clients providing them with tailored solutions and ensuring they receive timely, accurate and proactive support
- Identifying and understanding client needs, then proposing tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences
- Monitoring client satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Generating new business opportunities through referrals, networking and targeted prospecting
- Preparing detailed reports and presentations to communicate client insights and progress
- provide showroom sales support to the team during busy times and during sale periods
- Contributing to the development of the account management function and sharing best practices
- All MYOB inputting and ordering of personal sales
- Follow through client order process this includes taking deposits, balances booking delivery and following through on any service requirements
What we're looking for
- Significant experience (5+ years) in a client-facing account management or relationship management role, ideally within the commercial interiors or design industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of identifying and delivering solutions
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- A collaborative team player with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service What we offer
