ABOUT THE ROLE

We're offering a rewarding opportunity to join our WA Government Team as a Relationship Manager. Based in Wangara, you'll support fleet service delivery for government clients, ensuring contractual obligations are met and escalating issues beyond scope.

This role suits a relationship-focused professional with strong service delivery insight and a collaborative approach.

Key Objectives include:

Acting as the main contact for WA Government clients, supporting fleet needs within contract scope Building trusted relationships and provide expert guidance on fleet matters Identifying service gaps and improvement opportunities Supporting Account Managers in delivering consistent, high-quality service Monitoring and developing performance tracking, reporting, and operational enhancements Driving retention of WA Government clients through reliable service and stakeholder engagement

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

To be considered you will demonstrate:

Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on long-term stakeholder engagement Proven experience in fleet, logistics, or transport operations with solid service delivery Clear, confident communication style with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences Professionalism, intregrity, collaborative and accountable, approachProactive problem-solving and critical thinking skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and support performance improvement High level organisation, able to manage competing priorities and stay aligned with strategic goals Skilled approach to CRM and reporting tools (e.g. Salesforce, Power BI) and open to new technologies
