Instant Products Group provides design, manufacture, hire and sale of a range of unique products including demountable offices, portable toilets and showers and sea containers, to a wide range of markets. Instant Products Group is experiencing year on year growth in all businesses and now seeks new team members to join the Hire division as an Account Relationship Managers.
The Account Relationship Manager is directly responsible for ensuring existing customers are looked after and new customers can't wait to buy our products. We have a large and growing base of clients and a new range of products to introduce to them, too. Your role will be to showcase our new and existing products to all clients, ensuring the high level of customer service that they have come to expect from us. It is expected that approximately half your time will be spent with existing clients and the other half will be on new business development. You will also be generating responses to tenders, preparation of proposals and quotes and attending industry events.
We are extremely keen on hiring team members for their attitude, not necessarily just on your sales skills. We will be hiring someone who we trust to be the face of our business with our customers. That means we expect that you have an extremely high work ethic, are honest, accountable and motivated enough to get on the road every day and enjoy meaningful conversations with our clients face to face. Your inherent skills must lie in relationship building and customer service, we can teach you the rest.
