The Opportunity

We're seeking high-energy sales professionals to join our growing team. You'll be converting inbound leads, driving sales growth, and delivering excellent service that keeps customers coming back. This is a fast-paced role where you'll manage inquiries, build strong customer relationships, and support the external sales team. This role requires a self-starter who is confident in outbound sales, customer engagement, and closing deals.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively hunt for new leads and business opportunities through cold calling
  • Handle and convert incoming leads into sales
  • Stay across product knowledge, new technologies and industry trends
  • Prepare, present and follow up on quotes to secure sales
  • Support the external sales team with lead generation
  • Identify opportunities for additional sales and cross-selling
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation of equipment

About You

  • A proven track record in outbound sales and cold calling
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining attention to detail
  • High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • A can-do attitude, curiosity and willingness to find better ways of working
