The Opportunity

We're looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join Subi's growth team. You'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for qualifying inbound and outbound leads, building relationships, and setting up meetings for our sales executives.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing Australian SaaS company in a critical early-stage role, with real career progression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Qualification:
    Qualify inbound leads and identify outbound prospects using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, and CRM systems.
  • Outbound Prospecting:
    Research and engage new prospects (law firms, accounting firms, compliance consultants) through cold email, LinkedIn, and calls.
  • Meeting Setting:
    Book qualified discovery calls and product demos for the Subi sales team.
  • CRM Management:
    Keep accurate records of activities, interactions, and progress in the CRM.
  • Market Feedback:
    Gather and relay feedback from prospects to inform marketing and product strategies.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with marketing, partnerships, and the product team to ensure lead generation activities align with broader business goals.

About You

  • 1–2 years' experience in a similar SDR or sales support role (SaaS, tech, or professional services preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable making cold calls, writing professional emails, and engaging on LinkedIn
  • Highly organised and process-driven
  • Ambitious, coachable, and hungry to grow your career in SaaS sales
  • Interest in legal tech, compliance, or B2B SaaS is a plus
