We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in Western Australia. This role offers the flexibility of working from home while supporting a dynamic and growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-function bookkeeping including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll.
  • Proficient use of MYOB and Xero accounting software.
  • Month-end procedures, reporting, and financial reconciliations.
  • Inventory management including stock control and reporting.
  • Preparation of accurate financial reports to assist management decision-making.

About You:

  • Minimum 5+ years bookkeeping experience.
  • Certificate/Diploma in Accounting & Bookkeeping required.
  • Strong knowledge of MYOB and Xero (certifications highly regarded).
  • Payroll Experience including STP reporting and Payroll Tax.
  • Demonstrated experience with month-end processes and reporting.
  • Asset management experience & commercial property management knowledge.
  • Previous experience managing inventory systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
