DFD Rhodes Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to become a key part of our small, high-performing team, based in our premium top-floor office suite in West Perth.

About the Role

As our Senior Bookkeeper, you'll work closely with our CFO, Group Accountant, farming operations team, and head office team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accounts Payable: Processing supplier invoices, liaising with managers for account allocation, managing weekly payments, and reconciling statements
  • Payroll: Managing weekly payroll, maintaining employee records, and processing quarterly superannuation
  • Accounts Receivable: Issuing invoices and statements, and occasional debt collection
  • Reconciliations: Handling bank, credit card, and livestock account reconciliations
  • General bookkeeping duties as required

About You

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • Proven experience with Xero accounting software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate to advanced)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
  • A high level of confidentiality and professional integrity
