We're a proudly family-owned and operated company, crafting premium continental smallgoods, hams, and bacon since 1953. Located in Malaga, our small, close-knit team is looking for a reliable and detail-driven Bookkeeper to help keep our financials running smoothly.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary: $70,000–$95,000 FTE (based on experience)

What You'll Be Doing:
• Managing accounts payable (weekly) and accounts receivable (daily)
• Liaising with debtors and creditors and following up on outstanding accounts
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Preparing monthly BAS, GST, and financial reports
• Running weekly payroll and monthly superannuation
• Accurate data entry and maintaining financial records
• Processing rebates, returns, and adjustments with accuracy
• General admin duties to support the smooth operation of the business
What We're Looking For:
• Solid experience in a similar bookkeeping role
• High level of attention to detail – you spot what others miss
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
• Experience with Sybiz is highly desirable
• Flexible and willing to step in and help as needed
• Minimum 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience required
• Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident with full working rights
