We're Hiring: Experienced Bookkeeper | Tax Agent | Accounting & Payroll Support

Are you a
detail-driven bookkeeper
with a background in accounting? Do you stay cool under pressure, love ticking things off your to-do list, and know your way around payroll and reconciliations?

We're looking for someone organised, reliable, and confident in juggling a variety of bookkeeping and payroll tasks to join our team.


About the Role

You'll be responsible for:

  • Preparation & lodgement of tax returns for individuals, companys, partnerships, trusts & sole traders
  • Day-to-day bookkeeping
  • Payroll processing and superannuation compliance
  • Bank and account reconciliations
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Supporting BAS preparation and general accounting duties

This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages deadlines well, enjoys dealing with clients face to face and takes pride in accurate, clean books.


What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years experience in tax, bookkeeping and/or accounting
  • Payroll knowledge essential (including STP and super)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
  • Confident working under pressure and managing competing tasks
  • Comfortable using accounting software and MS Office
  • Great communication skills and a proactive attitude
