We're seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager or Practice Coordinator to join our dynamic dental team If you're a confident leader with 5+ years in dental or medical practice management, strong HR knowledge, and a solid command of cloud-based software, we want to hear from you.

As our Practice Manager or Practice Coordinator, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, lead a dedicated team, and ensure our patients receive the highest level of care and service. This is a full-time role with no weekend work, offering great work-life balance. Plus, enjoy free onsite parking for a hassle-free commute

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support clinical and administrative staff

Oversee appointment scheduling, billing, and patient communication

Ensure compliance with all dental regulations and practice standards

Maintain and manage cloud-based systems (Core, Praktika)

Monitor KPIs and assist with strategic planning and growth

Handle HR-related tasks including recruitment, staff development, and performance management

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 5 years' experience in dental practice management or coordination

Proficiency in Core and Praktika (or similar cloud-based platforms)

Strong HR knowledge and experience handling staff management

Certificate in Dental Assisting or Practice Management is desirable

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

Commitment to outstanding patient care and team development
