Our internal support teams help our advisers drive technology based efficient outcomes through the advanced use of XPlan financial planning software, third party software and AI.
The opportunity.
We have an exciting opportunity based in Brisbane for an enthusiastic Practice Manager to join our team.
Working directly with the Executive Manager Growth & Development you will be a key contributor to our ongoing growth and innovation through your proven capability to recruit and coach financial advisers.
The role offers excellent scope for you to display and enhance your current skill set whilst supporting the ongoing innovation of the overall business.
This exciting and self-fulfilling role requires you to:
- Attract and retain financial advisers / practices
Proactively service the needs of a panel of advisers by:
coaching, mentoring, and supporting the practice
- assisting the development and implementation of business plans
- establishing or enhancing their practice business model
- supporting the practice to develop a robust value proposition
- helping to create their business efficiency plans
- driving the development of referral networks
- ensuring adviser / practice retention
- supporting acquisition and succession plans

Skills & Experience.
- Experience with coaching and developing financial advisers / practices
- Proven ability to recruit and retain financial advisers
- Excellent industry networks
- First class relationship management skills
- Sound financial planning technical and compliance knowledge
- Professional and mature outlook
- Strong commercial acumen and small business knowledge
- Leadership, communication and influencing skills
- Highly organized
- Tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline
