This vibrant and buzzing GP clinic on the northside of Brisbane is looking for an experienced Practice Manager to continue leading an incredibly strong team and make a meaningful impact. With multiple GPs, various specialists and nursing and admin staff, this is a hands-on leadership role where no two days will look the same, in the best way

As well as leading and managing one clinic directly, you will also oversee and support two other GP clinics (and their respective Practice Managers) in their daily operations in this unique, hybrid Practice Manager/Regional Manager role.

If you have strong Practice Management experience in a GP setting, and are passionate about leading, inspiring and supporting multiple teams, this is the role for you

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous Practice Manager experience within a GP setting is a MUST
  • Multi-site management experience is very advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of Best Practice and accreditation processes
  • Confident leader with excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Ability to oversee multiple sites while keeping team culture thriving
  • A proactive professional who thrives in a collaborative, patient-focused environment
