About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the best team in Brisbane as Practice Manager. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a busy & growing dental practice.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage all aspects of the practice's operations, including patient bookings, staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting
  • Ensure the practice complies with all relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Implement and monitor systems and processes to optimise workflow and improve patient experience
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of dental professionals, including dentists, hygienists, and administrative staff
  • Collaborate with the dental team to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Act as the primary point of contact for patients, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner

What we're looking for

  • Strong understanding of dental industry regulations, best practices, and processes
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Proficient in using practice management software and other dental-specific technology
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and staff
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and driving continuous improvement
  • Tertiary qualification in business, healthcare management, or a related field is highly desirable
