About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Gladesville Sporties as a Duty Manager/Club Supervisor. In this casual role, you will be responsible for the daily operations and customer service of the club, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all members and guests. The position is based in Gladesville, NSW 2111.

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the club, including managing staff, handling customer enquiries, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations
  • Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for all club members and guests
  • Handling cash management and additional back of house tasks
  • Promoting the club's brand and services to the local community

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a similar supervisory or management role within the hospitality or tourism industry
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations
  • A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
  • A valid RSA, RCG and ARCG certification
