Brighton RSL is a medium sized Club in Sydney's southern area.  The Club has a membership of 5,000 and employs more than 30 people.

The Club is seeking Supervisors, Bar & Gaming Attendants and Cellar Person to join our friendly team and assist in ensuring great service and smooth operations on a daily basis.  The role is a combination of Bar, Gaming, Cellar and Supervisor shifts offered on a casual basis with a view to a permanent position for the right applicant.

To be considered for this role all applicants must:

  • Have experience in a similar role within the Club industry
  • Have the ability to lead a team with a hands-on approach
  • Hold current ARCG, RSA and RCG Competency Cards - Essential
  • Sound knowledge of Beverage, Gaming, TAB and Keno operations
  • Have experience with eBet Cardit systems (desirable but not essential)
  • Have strong cash handling skills
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation standards
  • Have exceptional customer service focus and excellent communication skills
  • Sound PC literacy and Administrative skills
  • Be able to work well in a team
  • Senior First Aid Certification is desirable but not essential
  • Full availability to work a flexible roster which includes days, nights and weekends
