Grandviews Bowling Club is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and proactive self-starter with a keen interest for a career in hospitality.

This fantastic position will give the successful candidate the opportunity to work with a great team of experienced members of staff, at a leading club with a strong reputation for providing exceptional standard of facilities.

As a Club Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our club, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining compliance with legislation, and supervising staff to uphold the highest standards. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of club operations, including customer service, compliance, occupational health and safety, staff supervision, and communication. This could be a full time or part-time position for the right person, we can be flexible.

What you would bring:

  • Previous experience in hospitality.
  • The ability to lead by example and uphold high standards in customer service
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and improve
  • Great time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a sense of responsibility.
  • Availability to work nights and weekends.
  • Willingness to obtain Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gaming certification.
  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) certification.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
