We are searching for two reliable, experienced, and motivated Full-Time Club Supervisors/Relief Duty Managers to help shape our culture and member experience as we continue to elevate our service.

As a leader on the floor, you will:

  • Oversee bar, gaming, café, and reception operations, ensuring smooth shifts across the club
  • Support, develop and inspire our team to deliver standout hospitality
  • Act as Duty Manager as required, resolving issues with professionalism and positivity
  • Ensure compliance with NSW legislation, licensing, and WHS standards
  • Maintain venue presentation and uphold safety standards for all
  • Handle cash reconciliations, reporting, and essential opening and closing procedures
  • Oversee cellar and stock management

What You'll Bring:

  • Prior experience as Duty Manager, Supervisor, or similar in a licensed venue
  • NSW RSA, RCG/ARCG, and First Aid certifications (mandatory)
  • Knowledge of TAB and Keno operations
  • A strong understanding of club regulations and compliance
  • Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and reconciliations
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
