  • Leading daily club operations with professionalism and energy
  • Supporting and developing your team to deliver exceptional service
  • Overseeing compliance, security, rostering and reporting
  • Building genuine relationships with members and guests
  • Ensuring our service standards are not just met – but exceeded

  • Experience managing a diverse hospitality venue
  • A natural leader who motivates and inspires
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
  • Impeccable presentation and professionalism
  • RSA & Advanced RCG, with a solid understanding of compliance
  • Flexible availability – days, nights, weekends & public holidays
