Hype & Dexter is a HubSpot Elite Solutions Partner specialising in CRM, marketing automation, and customer experience transformation. We work with mid-market and enterprise clients across APAC to design and deliver solutions that help them scale, sell, and serve better.
We're looking for an ICT Sales Representative (Technical Pre-Sales) to join our Sydney team. This role is at the intersection of sales and technical consulting — you'll work with prospective clients to understand their business needs, design tailored HubSpot solutions, and support the commercial team in securing new projects.
The Role
As our ICT Sales Representative (Technical Pre-Sales), you will:
- Conduct client discovery sessions to understand technical and business requirements.
- Design and present HubSpot-based CRM, marketing automation, and customer engagement solutions.
- Prepare proposals, Statements of Work, and RFP responses.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically sound and commercially viable.
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted technical advisor during the sales cycle.
About You
We're looking for someone with:
- 2+ years' experience in pre-sales, ICT sales, or solution consulting.
- Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot experience highly desirable).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions in plain language.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- HubSpot or other CRM certifications a plus.

- Base salary of $90,000 + transparent commission structure (OTE $120k–$150k).
