Hype & Dexter is a HubSpot Elite Solutions Partner specialising in CRM, marketing automation, and customer experience transformation. We work with mid-market and enterprise clients across APAC to design and deliver solutions that help them scale, sell, and serve better.

We're looking for an ICT Sales Representative (Technical Pre-Sales) to join our Sydney team. This role is at the intersection of sales and technical consulting — you'll work with prospective clients to understand their business needs, design tailored HubSpot solutions, and support the commercial team in securing new projects.

The role:

As our ICT Sales Representative (Technical Pre-Sales), you will:

  • Conduct client discovery sessions to understand technical and business requirements.
  • Design and present HubSpot-based CRM, marketing automation, and customer engagement solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, Statements of Work, and RFP responses.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically sound and commercially viable.
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted technical advisor during the sales cycle.

About you:

We're looking for someone with:

  • 2+ years' experience in pre-sales, ICT sales, or solution consulting.
  • Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot experience highly desirable).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions in plain language.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • HubSpot or other CRM certifications a plus.

What we offer:

  • Base salary of $90,000 + transparent commission structure (OTE $120k–$150k).
