We an Australian local property developer with offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth. We focus on residential and commercial property developments and provide customers with a range of property services.
Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized General Administrative Officer to join our team in Perth. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role is crucial in maintaining effective communication, coordinating daily activities, and supporting various departments within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and greeting visitors.
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring all information is accurate and easily accessible.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for staff members.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and other activities.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve office procedures and workflow.
As a successful candidate, you will possess
- Previous administration experience in real estate will be considered advantage but not essential
- Professional level interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced level of business writing skills
- A high degree of attention to details
- Proficiency with the Microsoft office Suite
- Experience using Xero, MYOB or similar large scale accounting packages will be ideal but not essential
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- 1-2 Years administrative experience is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
