Seeking an experienced administrator to support a busy financial service organisation in Subiaco
**Your new company**
A busy financial services office based in Subiaco, is seeking some experienced administrators to support the wider team. You will be responsible for overseeing the office reception area whilst simultaneously supporting with back of house admin duties as required. This position requires you to work full-time hours, on a permanent contract.
**Your new role**
As the Office Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the financial services team by;
- Managing the front reception area, greeting clients in a professional and timely manner
- Updating the internal data base with client information
- Participating in team meetings contributing ideas as able
- Adhoc administration tasks as required including scanning, filing etc.
- Overseeing some general financial service duties (training is provided)
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be considered for this role you will ideally have previous experience working in office reception/administration. You will also display the following qualities;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong data entry accuracy and digital literacy skills
- Experience in using various systems to update client profiles and typing up reports
- Demonstrated professionalism and strong interpersonal skills
- Previous experience working in a professional service organisation would be beneficial
