We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory
Manager to join our dynamic and growing Rural Sales team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a key sales role
with Kingspan, a global leader in water storage, rainwater harvesting, and
wastewater treatment solutions.
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for
executing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with
existing and new clients, and driving market growth in the water management
solutions segment.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will manage and
expand sales within your territory and contribute to Kingspan's mission of
accelerating a net-zero emissions future.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify
and qualify market potential through strategic account management. - Initiate
the sales process by scheduling appointments, delivering product
presentations, and understanding client needs. - Close
sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining product
capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contracts. - Drive
revenue growth by introducing new products and services to existing
accounts. - Provide
market insights by monitoring competitive products and client feedback. - Recommend
new products and services based on current product performance and
customer needs. - Participate
in educational opportunities to enhance job knowledge. - Achieve
marketing and organizational goals by meeting or exceeding set sales
targets. - Demonstrate

Key Competencies
- Minimum
of 5 years' experience in account or sales management, preferably within
the water industry or manufacturing of building products. - Proven
ability to identify new sales opportunities and close negotiations
effectively. - Strong
skills in recommending new products and services to existing clients. - Experience
coordinating and attending promotional events and field days. - Proficiency
in sales planning, territory management, and prospecting. - Ability
to meet and exceed quarterly sales targets. - Excellent
communication skills (verbal and written) and adaptability to different
communication styles. - Familiarity
with CRM/Sales management software. - Current
Driver's License. - Alignment

- Willingness
to travel interstate as required. - A
