**You’ll enjoy variety in your role including**:
The Product Specialist **(based in Smithfield)** role is a pivotal member of the Sales and Products team. The role is responsible for assisting the sales force in driving strong revenue and profitable growth within the product portfolio of responsibility and maximise financial and time utilisation of those products through the implementation of effective strategic product plans.

**What you’ll bring to the role**
- Demonstrate Safety Leadership by leading and contributing to Coates Hire’s Safety First - Zero Harm safety culture
- Review product portfolio performance, and develop and implement tactical product plans and actions to support the sales force to maximise product revenue
- Work collaboratively with your product specialist team across sales territories to build consistency in tactical product plans
- Assist the sales force with recommendations on product pricing
- Monitor market trends, emerging product opportunities, and assess customer needs to determine product or service offerings
- Assist the fleet team in developing ‘cradle to grave’ asset management strategies for specific products
