  • In this face-to-face role, you'll assist passengers in smoothly transferring between trains and buses, ensuring they have all the information they need for a seamless journey.

What We're Looking For:

  • Face to Face Customer Service experience

  • Knowledge of Southeast Queensland Transport: Familiarity with the bus and rail networks is a plus, but we're happy to train you

  • Navigation Skills: Ability to read and interpret public transport timetables and maps.

  • Adaptability: Quick to learn about rail replacement services and major arterial roads.

  • Transport: Must have own transport to get various locations

Shift Details:

  • Shifts are based on specific schedules, including evenings and weekends.

  • Weeknight shifts can start after 8 p.m. and finish late at night. Weekend shifts vary in length, but they may begin as early as 4 AM or finish as late as 2 AM.

  • Work locations include train stations and bus stops across Brisbane, with security provided during shifts.

  • Start immediately with comprehensive training tailored to your experience.

  • Uniform provided
