We are now seeking talented and experienced Full-Time Sous Chef to join our kitchen teams. Inspire our team and take our culinary offering to the next level.

About you:

  • Trade qualification or equivalent (Cert III in Commercial Cookery)
  • Dedication to the production, preparation, and presentation of dishes of the highest quality
  • Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
  • Team player attitude and willingness to work within a large, diverse team.
  • Commitment and passion for high-end service, always ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adhere to strict stock rotation and minimum wastage guidelines.
  • Ability to maintain a clean, hygienic and safe working environment.
  • Want to learn, grow and progress within the industry.
