Responsibilities:

  • Assist in food preparation and plating under supervision
  • Learn advanced cooking methods and European-style presentation
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and organisation standards
  • Participate in ongoing culinary training and mentoring sessions
  • Lead and support the kitchen team in day-to-day operations
  • Prepare and present fine dining dishes with precision and creativity
  • Supervise and mentor junior chefs and trainees
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, quality, and presentation
  • Assist with menu planning and event execution
