The Opportunity

As the first point of contact for potential SME clients, you'll handle inbound enquiries across phone, email, chat, and web. Your job is to qualify prospects, understand their legal needs, and book them in with our Account Executives to further explore our membership offering. It all comes down to ensuring every lead's first experience with LegalVision is exceptional

This is a fantastic role for early-career sales professionals who want to grow in a fast-paced, high-growth business. You'll get formal training (including product, sales, and commercial law basics), clear targets, and a base + uncapped commission package. High performers will have the opportunity to be considered for AE roles over time.

This is a full-time role, based in our Surry Hills office. We are open to considering high quality candidates on temporary visas.

Your Role

  • Respond to inbound leads across multiple channels.
  • Qualify SME prospects and uncover their business needs.
  • Book discovery meetings with AEs.
  • Manage and triage leads to prioritise high-value opportunities.
  • Keep client records accurate in the CRM.
  • Provide an excellent first-touch experience for every client.
  • Follow up with warm leads and nurture interest.
  • Share feedback with marketing and collaborate with team mates.
  • Hit targets and contribute to team growth.

The Ideal Candidate

  • At least 6 months' experience in a similar SDR or BDR role assisting business leads.
  • Passionate about sales: You have a hunger to win and a desire to smash your targets and reap the rewards.
  • Strong customer service skills: You put the client first and you do what you say you'll do.
  • Personable, resilient and a culture champion: A friendly, warm and professional demeanour will get you far. You celebrate the ups and bounce back quickly from your learnings.
  • Cool and calm under pressure: The ability to effectively manage competing priorities and solve multiple problems quickly is in your DNA.
