Management Accountant - Hospitality - Exciting & quickly growing business - Immediate Start

An growing hospitality business within the services sector is seeking a qualified Management Accountant to join their finance team. This role offers the chance to partner with operational managers, take ownership of financial reporting, and support the business through a period of growth and change.

The Role

You'll be responsible for management reporting, analysis, and budgeting across multiple sites, while also working closely with senior finance leadership on cashflow, compliance, and process improvements. This is a hands-on role where you'll add real value by helping managers understand their financial performance and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly management reports, including P&L and balance sheet
  • Conduct variance analysis and deliver business performance insights
  • Support budgeting and forecasting cycles
  • Month-end journals, reconciliations, and cashflow reporting
  • Partner with operational leaders to improve commercial outcomes
  • Contribute to system and process enhancements
  • Full time in the office

About You:

  • Experience in a management accounting role (multi-site exposure desirable)
  • CA/CPA qualified with previous hospitality experience
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and commercially minded
