We are situated on a beautiful, serene 25-acre block in the Mooloolah Valley on the Sunshine Coast and will make a significant contribution to improving treatment options for Australians with eating disorders.

About the Role

We are seeking applications for a maximum term (early July mid January 2026), part time Finance Officer (0.6FTE) to cover a period of maternity leave. Working alongside the Finance Director, this role will:

· Oversee the finance functions of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and banking. Knowledge of billing of private health funds preferred.

· Assisting with audit requirements

· Undertake month-end general ledger reconciliations in a timely manner.

· Updating and monitoring of cashflow

· Assisting with the budgeting process.

· Preparing various EOM financial reports.

· Previous experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting would be beneficial to the successful candidate.

· Liaise with PHIs when necessary

· Preparation and lodgement of BAS and PAYG

· Annual lodgement of Workcover

· Financial analysis and forecasts

· Payroll support when required (minimal)

· Proficient in Excel and Word mandatory

· Previous use of MYOB mandatory

· Tertiary accounting qualification preferred
