We're Your Energy Answers, a growing media and marketing brand that's all about making renewable energy actually interesting. We create viral-style videos, social content, and digital stories about solar, EVs, and smart home tech — the kind of content that makes people care about the future (and double-tap while they're at it).

Now we're on the hunt for a Social Media Assistant to join our fun, creative team. You'll work with our producers, designers, and creators to plan, post, and grow our platforms — from TikTok and Instagram to YouTube and beyond.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Planning and scheduling daily social posts across multiple platforms
  • Uploading and formatting content (videos, photos, captions, hashtags, thumbnails)
  • Helping brainstorm creative campaign ideas and new content trends
  • Tracking engagement and analytics to see what's vibing
  • Chatting with followers and keeping the community energy high
  • Supporting video shoots, brand collabs, and product launches

What We're Looking For
  • Someone who lives and breathes social media (you get the vibe)
  • Confident writing captions that feel real, not robotic
  • A creative eye for what looks good on TikTok or Reels
  • Organised and reliable — you've got your Notion or Notes app on lock
  • Experience or studies in media, comms, or marketing is a plus
  • Bonus points if you've played with CapCut, Canva, or similar tools
